Hi there, Jared.
You said it well: the site is a great visual for customers, there is just so much of it. I agree, and the good news is the raw material is strong. Real installs, layout renders, and fresh launches like Gravity and Movement Commons are things most competitors can't show.
Right now the same blocks repeat page after page, so every page tries to be the whole company. This proposal edits that material into a site that says each thing once, then lets interactive graphics do the explaining that paragraphs do today.
Having worked on MoveStrong launches before, I'm glad to be back in the gym with you.
Our Studio
Edit before adding.
Every section has to answer a buyer's question. What doesn't gets moved or cut. Then we build tools that answer the big questions faster.
Let the installs lead.
Clean structure, confident type, and generous space so real projects carry the page. Graphics people can touch, not walls of copy.
We know this industry.
25+ years in brand and web, with fitness equipment brands among them. The interactive features proposed here are already working on danefitness.com.
Craft a streamlined website that engages facility planners, coaches, and buyers and makes them feel confident about what to build, through interactive graphics that show a MoveStrong space before it exists.
Today a parks director or athletic director has to read their way through MoveStrong. After this project, they'll see how their space comes together, layer by layer, and reach a quote with their answers already filled in.
The Overview
A ten-week streamline of movestrongfit.com, delivered in six phases. We fix what may be leaking leads first, simplify the menu and homepage, then replace the heaviest text and photo sections with interactive graphics.
Everything is built inside your existing Squarespace site. Every current URL keeps working, so the rankings you've earned stay put, and new FAQs help AI search describe MoveStrong accurately.
10 weeks, plus 30 days of monitoring
All kept or redirected
About 40 links down to 6
12 sections down to 7
Project Scope
The MoveStrong Streamline. Part one: fix, restructure, and edit.
Phase 1 · Clean Up
Week 1- Confirm every newsletter and brochure form saves to a real destination
- One contact page, with redirects from the other two contact URLs
- Remove dated NEW labels, the Google+ and old video links; fix visible typos
- Rewrite meta descriptions and key alt text on the six main pages
Phase 2 · Navigation and Homepage
Weeks 2 to 3- New six-item menu with a Get a Quote button, plus a rebuilt footer
- Homepage rebuilt from 12 sections to 7
- The Design & Layout block that repeats on 5 pages becomes one slim link band
Phase 3 · Copy Streamline
Weeks 3 to 4- Indoor, Outdoor, and Obstacle Courses cards cut to about 25 words each
- One intro per page carries shared claims; Made in USA becomes one badge
- Long obstacle course copy moves into a Projects article, keeping its search value
Project Scope
Part two: the interactive tools that turn browsers into quotes.
Not included: new photography or video, new 3D renders or CAD work, rebuilding the 3D Build Your Own tool, Shop product listings, monthly SEO or ads after the 30-day monitoring window, and Squarespace plan fees.
Phase 4 · Exploded Build Explorer
Weeks 4 to 5- A scroll-driven, layer-by-layer build at the top of Design Services, from your renders
- Six labeled layers: Equipment Selection, Design, Surfacing, Storage, Accessories, Education
- A short looping version for the homepage hero
Phase 5 · Facility Planner
Weeks 6 to 7- Chat-style questions: facility type, indoor or outdoor, space, users, training focus, funding
- Each answer builds the layout; results prefill the Get a Quote form
- Schools and parks are routed to MoveStrong and School Grant details
Phase 6 · Product and Project Features
Weeks 8 to 9- Course Builder on Obstacle Courses: an obstacle map filtered by group
- Tap-to-explore exploded views for Nova, T-Rex, and FightStrong
- Photo Orbit gallery, plus a before and after case study template with two launch stories
SEO and AIEO Protection
Part three runs through every phase. The goal: no existing link breaks, rankings hold, and AI search can describe MoveStrong accurately.
Google now shows an AI answer above the results on roughly 43 to 48 percent of searches. Buyers often read that answer before they visit a site.
Before Anything Changes
Week 1- Inventory of every live URL, including all Product News and Who Moves Strong posts
- Search Console baseline: top pages, queries, and pages other sites link to
- AI baseline: how ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity describe MoveStrong today
During the Build
Weeks 2 to 9- Every existing URL keeps its address; merged pages get 301 redirects
- Interactive features keep their key words as real page text that search and AI can read
- Structured data for the company, products, and articles
FAQs Built for AI Answers
Weeks 3 to 6- FAQ page rebuilt around real buyer questions: cost, lead time, surfacing, warranty, install, grants
- Short FAQ blocks on Outdoor, Obstacle Courses, Design Services, and the grant pages
- FAQ markup so answers are easy for AI search to find and quote
Launch and After
Week 10 + 30 days- Full crawl for broken links and 404s before and after launch
- Sitemap resubmitted to Google and Bing
- 30 days of monitoring, then a before and after report on rankings and AI mentions
