We’ll start with a 45-minute strategy session and a simple onboarding checklist to gather your copy, brand assets, packages, and details. You’ll submit everything in advance so we can move seamlessly on setup day.
Company Setup
Your HoneyBook workspace will be fully branded — from company settings and project types to integrated email, calendar, and payment tools. Every detail reflects your business identity.
Smart Files & Templates
I’ll design a complete suite of branded Smart Files — inquiry, proposal, contract, invoice, and onboarding/offboarding templates — plus custom-written emails that guide your clients through every step.
Automation Build
Your workflows are mapped and automated with thoughtful sequences that feel human, not robotic. Each process is tested for clarity, flow, and ease of use.
The Power Day
The day begins with a quick review of your HoneyBook diagram, a midday check-in for feedback, and ends with your recorded walkthrough video and final review.
