- Thank You
Hi there
Thank you for reaching out, and for the detail you put into that first message. It told me more than most discovery calls do.
One line stood out. Most of your new patients have come from the work you did yourselves. That is the strongest thing in your inquiry, and it shapes everything that follows. You do not need someone to take marketing away from you again. You need a system worth the effort you are already putting in, and a second opinion when you hit something new.
What follows is a phased plan. It starts small and proves itself before it asks for anything bigger.
The Brandess
Our Approach
Strategy before design, always. Twenty-five years and more than two hundred clients has taught me that pretty work built on a guess does not hold.
Our Aesthetic
Editorial, calm, and specific to you. For a practice with aesthetics in its name, the website has to be evidence of the standard, not a contradiction of it.
Our Magic
You leave able to run it. Training and documentation are part of the work, not an upsell, so your team is not dependent on me to change a photo.
The goal
Craft a considered digital presence that engages patients weighing cosmetic work, and makes them feel certain before they ever call, through proof of the standard you already hold.
Certainty is what closes a veneer case. Everything in this proposal is in service of a patient arriving already convinced.
The overview
Four phases, each approved and paid separately, so nothing rolls forward on its own.
We begin with a two week audit. It answers the question you raised yourself, whether the practice needs a full rebrand or whether the existing brand simply needs to be executed properly. That answer comes from evidence rather than from my opinion in a first meeting.
From there, a website, a visual system your team can use, and ongoing support only if you want it. Approximate duration from audit to launch is three to four months.
Project scope
Phase One is what you are approving today. The rest is the roadmap it produces.
Phase One · Visibility & Brand Audit
Phases Two to Four · Quoted after the audit
The investment
Twenty-five years of brand strategy, design, and copywriting, working with you directly. No account manager, no team you never meet.
The roadmap it informs
The two website tracks are alternatives. Phase One determines which applies. Paying a phase in full at kickoff takes 20 percent off that phase.
Payment schedule
Projected timeline
Assuming Track A. Track B adds roughly four weeks for identity work.
- Wk 1–2Audit
Visibility, entity, and competitive research. Findings presented on a call. - Wk 3Decision
You choose whether to proceed, and on which track. - Wk 4–6Strategy & copy
Architecture, messaging, and full page copy written and approved. - Wk 7–9Design
Key pages designed and reviewed, then the remaining templates. - Wk 10–11Build & launch
Development, schema, testing, launch, and your team training.
Working together
Revision Rounds
Two rounds of revisions are included at each design milestone. Further rounds are billed hourly, and I will always flag it before we get there.
Timely Feedback
Feedback within five business days keeps the timeline honest. Consolidated feedback from one voice moves faster than several inboxes.
Communication
Email for anything on the record, plus scheduled calls at each milestone. You are talking to me, not to a queue.
Project logistics
Project Assets
Before kickoff I will need admin access to the domain, hosting, and Google Business Profile, plus any brand files and photography you own. If access sits with a previous vendor, we should sort that early rather than mid build.
Photography
Your new team photography is on the critical path for design. Art direction comes from me, the shoot is booked by you, and earlier is better.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, Central time. Response within one business day.
Technical standards
Accessibility
I build with accessibility in mind: contrast, semantic structure, keyboard navigation. Full WCAG certification requires an accessibility specialist and a separate audit.
Browser Compatibility
Supported on the two most recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Older browsers can be supported and are quoted separately.
Responsiveness
Designs are tested across phone, tablet, and desktop breakpoints. Minor variation on uncommon devices is normal and is corrected on report.
Performance
Measured with Lighthouse at launch. Scores are affected by third-party tools already in place, such as booking, chat, and billing widgets.
Thank you
Take the time you need with this, including whatever conversations have to happen internally. When you are ready, a thirty minute call is the next step, and I will walk through what I found on your current site whether or not we work together.
